Collections – Orem

The Collection Specialist will assist customers to resolve disputed items while providing exceptional customer service to ensure payments. Responsibilities include outbound collection calls and researching account discrepancies.

Qualified applicants will have 3-5 years of billing and collection experience, excellent communication and listening skills, and a working knowledge of computer applications. Interested applicants with a strong work history of 12 to 18 months on each previous position please email your resume.
