Desk Side Support Analyst (15674) – Orem

Perot Systems Corporation, a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients with over 20,000 Associates Globally and $2.3 Billion in 2006 Revenue, is currently looking for a Desk Side Support Analyst to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Job Responsibilities:
Position will require rotating weekend/night on-call responsibilities. The candidate filling this position will manage problem ticket flow and resolution, perform Window 2000/XP installs, software installations, troubleshooting, printer set ups, documentation, help with projector and audio visual set ups and other odd jobs in a corporate environment. Position requires a person who is customer oriented, with a professional image and attitude.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years Deskside Support
  
• 2+ years Customer Account Skills
  
• 2+ years light Server& Network Administration
  
• Very Strong Customer Service focus
  
  Desired Skills:
  
• Windows XP Professional experience
  
• Familiarity with a variety of desktop applications including Microsoft Office XP/2003 & Outlook
  
• Desktop, laptop, software, operating troubleshooting skills
  
• PDA support experience (Blackberry)
  
• Solid desk side, phone and remote user support skills
  
• Network switch, Wireless Access points, and router experience
  
• Windows Server and active directory experience
  
• Network+, Server+, CCNA, MCSE 2000 or 2003 certification a plus
  
  Minimum Educational Requirements:
  
• B. S. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  
• Applicable certifications would be a plus.
